Investigation on College Students' Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy and Research on Promotion Strategies

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the current situation of college students' self-efficacy in entrepreneurship, and propose improvement and enhancement strategies. The research scale is the Entrepreneurial Self Efficacy Scale. The research method involves conducting a survey on 160 participants, all of whom are students from Hebei Normal University, Hebei University of Economics and Trade, and Shijiazhuang College. SPSS 22.0 is used to conduct independent sample t-tests and ANOVA one-way analysis of variance on the data. And there is also an entrepreneurship interview in this study, involving four graduates of college entrepreneurs. The research conclusion is as follows:1, with a mean of 5.01, the score of entrepreneurial self-efficacy among college students in Shijiazhuang is at a moderate level. 2, There are significant differences in scores among college students at four different levels of total annual household income. 3, There is a significant difference in scores between college students with and without entrepreneurial experience. 4, Whether or not one works as a student cadre during their school years has no impact on their scores.
