  • Call for Editorial Board Members for JES

    As a newly launched journal, we planned to recruit more Editorial Board Members to add credibility to the Journal of Economic Statistics (JES) and bring together a range of key individuals within this research area. Therefore, JES is issuing an open call to welcome professional scholars to join our editorial board. Please check the Aims and Scope of JES: https://anser.press/index.php/JES/about.

    Responsibilities of Editorial Board Members

    1. Recommending additional renowned scientists to join the Editorial Board;
    2. Engage in contributing ideas or suggestions on journal policy and scope;
    3. Encourage to submit or recommend high-quality manuscripts for publication in the journal;
    4. Review assigned manuscripts and make editorial decisions within the given timeframe;
    5. Promote the journal to improve international visibility and influence.

    Do not hesitate to extend your willingness to join our editorial board by sending us your CV (with an attached passport-sized photo) and a complete list of peer-reviewed publications to jes@anser.press.

    Please note that every JES must hold a PhD in a field similar or related to this journal. We hope that your position as the editorial board member will promote the development of scientific research in this area.

  • Establishment of JES Contribution Reward Program

    We would sincerely invite you to contribute a lead article for publication in the JES. To receive more high-quality and novel manuscripts, we decide to pay for each paper published in JES. For each accepted paper in JES, the author will receive a remuneration of 200 dollars, which will be paid by Anser Press (through Paypal or Alipay). JES encourages ground-breaking research in theoretical and applied economic statistics, especially the analysis of innovation economic statistics theory and hot economic statistics issues. Currently, we have a professional journal team managing the JES, including manuscript submissions and citations. The journal staff will promote your article to the scholars worldwide. The editorial office is very confident that JES will be indexed by SCI/SSCI in the next three to five years.

    It is the first step of the JES Contribution Reward Program. We will set up the Best Paper and the Best Reviewer Award later.
