Biography: Dr. Shanshan Li is currently working as assistant professor at Business School, Shandong Jianzhu University, China since Sep-2022. She is an active researcher on human resource management. Her main research interests include organizational psychology, leadership, management innovation, job crafting, and organizational resilience. She has published around 15 peer-reviewed papers in SSCI/CSSCI-indexed journals like Advances in Psychological Science, Foreign Economics & Management, Frontiers in Psychology, Reform of Economic System, Contemporary Finance & Economics, Journal of Psychological Science, Science & Technology Progress and Policy, Modernization of Management, and Science and Technology Management Research. She was educated at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (PhD in Management) and Qingdao University (MSc in Management and BSc in Human Resource Management with a first-class honors and top graduates). She had received several funding, scholarships and other awards.

Biography:Dr. Daqian Shi is currently a full professor at the school of economics, Wuhan University of Technology (WHUT). He earned a Ph.D. in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2018. Currently, his main research interests include environmental policy, ecological economics and energy economics. So far, he has published over 15 papers in peer−reviewed journals in these fields of research.

Biography: Dr. Qiang Wang is an active researcher on organizational behavior at School of Economics and Management, Beijing University of Science and Technology, China since Sep-2020. His main research interests include leadership, human resource management and innovation management. He has published several peer-reviewed papers in SSCI/CSSCI-indexed journals like Frontier in Psychology, Foreign Economy and Management, Scientific Management Research, Science & Technology Progress and Policy, Advances in Psychological Science, and Modernization of Management. Besides, as a reviewer of 5 journals, he have reviewed more than 10 papers on SSCI/CSSCI indexed journals. At the same time, he also participated in many projects funded by the National Social Science Foundation and the National Natural Science Foundation of China.
